The Role

We seek a talented and motivated AI Developer to join our AI and Machine Learning team and accelerate our efforts to drive innovation, intelligence, and automation across our organization. As an AI Developer, you will develop, deploy, and maintain AI models and solutions that solve complex business problems and enhance decision-making processes.

Position Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing AI systems and components, including machine learning models, data pipelines, and integration frameworks.

• Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models and AI solutions to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and define project requirements.
• Design and build scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI model training, validation, and deployment.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure data quality and suitability for model development.
• Implement best practices for model development, including version control, testing, and monitoring.
• Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and dashboards.

Minimum Requirements

• Typically requires 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development and 3+ years working on AI projects in an enterprise environment.

Critical Skills

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in AI/ML development, including building and deploying machine learning models.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases.
• Understanding of software engineering principles, including version control, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience deploying AI solutions in the cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Additional Knowledge & Skills

• Experience with deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision is a plus.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is beneficial.
• Experience with Agile methodology and working in a scrum team is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
