Job Description

McDonald's is a global leader in Quick Service Restaurant industry dedicated to driving revenue growth through innovative pricing strategies and advanced analytics. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and tackle complex revenue management challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Management:

  • Problem-solve complex revenue management challenges using Python and SAS. Experience in additional programming languages is a plus.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to pricing problems to generate ROI for global markets.
  • Manage pricing tests in multiple markets simultaneously and conduct primary research projects (e.g., conjoint analysis).
  • Manage a global team of contractors, vendors, and direct reports across various time zones with different communication skill levels.
  • Utilize optimization techniques and operations research to solve pricing challenges.
  • Code in Python and leverage deep knowledge of machine learning, including practical experience with deep learning and reinforcement learning models for revenue growth strategies.
  • Apply statistical methods to solve business problems and continuously learn new techniques and technologies.

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140 - $125,130 per-year

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Decision Science, or a related field. Industry experience is highly desirable.
• Strong experience in data science, predictive modeling, time series forecasting, demand modeling, and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and SAS; additional programming languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
