Job Description
McDonald’s is on an exciting journey to transform our enterprise data, analytics, and AI function and turn our data into a winning advantage for the system. We are seeking Business Core team member to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business stakeholders and the data, analytics, and AI teams. The Enterprise Senior Data Product Manager will serve as a liaison, representing the voice of the business during the development of the process and governance framework that will bring the new function to life. This individual will leverage their expertise in Data, Analytics, and AI processes as well as their excellent communication skills to inform the design of key capabilities like demand intake and funding through the lens of the business.
Responsibilities
• Co-create and manage product roadmaps with Global Technology, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement of data and analytics solutions
• Collaborate with market stakeholders to define the deployment plan of key data, analytics, and AI products balancing ongoing priorities with critical needs
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of data and analytics products, ensuring solutions provide actionable insights and tangible business value
• Collaborate with the EDAA transformation team to test and learn new processes, governance structures, and capabilities with use case build
• Drive the education, adoption and usage of data and analytics products across the organization and within the markets, promoting a data-driven culture
• Communicate complex data concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline required
• 5+ years of business experience in data and analytics, business intelligence, data management, or related fields.
• Experience building and deploying data and analytics products, technology, business intelligence, data management, or related fields, using agile methods
• Experience working in cross-functional, global teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving business value through data-driven initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting large-scale data and analytics initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
•Experience working in QSR or consumer industry a plus.
