You will work closely with stakeholders to translate data requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.

You will develop, maintain, and optimize data models, queries, and reporting frameworks.

You will support both batch and near real-time data processing use cases to ensure timely data availability.

You will implement robust data quality checks, monitoring systems, and documentation to maintain reliable datasets.

You will create insightful reports connecting product and bookings data while recommending strategic initiatives.

You will collaborate with data scientists to enable advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities.

You will ensure secure data handling, follow SDLC best practices, and continuously adopt new tools and techniques in data engineering.

You should have 10–15 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.

You should have strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or Scala/Java.

You should have hands-on experience with modern data tools such as Databricks, Spark, or similar technologies.

You should have experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP data services.

You should have solid SQL expertise along with a strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.

You should have familiarity with data quality, monitoring, reliability practices, and experience collaborating with analysts, data scientists, or product teams.

You should have strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and ideally exposure to Docker, streaming data, ML pipelines, GenAI/LLM, and DataOps practices.
