Location: Raleigh, NC
Hourly Rate: $25 - $27 per hour + $5,000 Annual Bonus Potential

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of periodic services and staff while promoting personal growth and independence for service recipients. This role is ideal for a compassionate leader with experience in CAP/IDD waiver programs and a commitment to quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure personal growth and independence of service recipients through staff training and support
  • Respond to needs of service recipients, families, and program staff
  • Organize and coordinate staff resources effectively
  • Assure quality and timeliness of all documentation
  • Document hiring and training activities per federal, state, and local requirements
  • Maintain compliance with mandated training requirements
  • Communicate professionally with service recipients, families, and agency stakeholders
  • Advocate for service recipients in all situations
  • Promote agency growth through quality services and sound fiscal management
  • Interview and hire eligible staff
  • Purchase and allocate resources within budgetary guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field with 2 years of post-graduate experience under supervision of a credentialed QP
  • Credentialed as a Qualified Professional (QP)
  • Experience in CAP/IDD waiver programs, including consumer and staff supervision
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English required
