THE ROLE

As a full-time Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for optimizing, developing, and providing technical expertise to scale digital solutions, email marketing campaigns, and data integration. You’ll be working with the Salesforce development team. Also, you must work closely with the IT, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that the platform is leveraged to its optimal capabilities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage Pardot Automation, Engagement Programs, Forms, Form Handlers, Landing Pages, Scoring, Grading, etc.
  • Present interval executive-level Salesforce platform demonstrations and run through all features (i.e., content builder, journey builder, etc.) upon request.
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of Salesforce frontend and backend development
  • Set up and configure data models.
  • Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements.
  • Design platform configuration and data feeds to run effective automated email campaigns.
  • Act as a hands-on consultant on wide-scale projects, including email marketing campaigns, customer service solutions, data segmentation, customer journeys, etc.
  • Identify and troubleshoot platform and data feed-related issues.
  • Advise teams regarding the latest tech innovations, new business initiatives, third-party solutions, and effective email templates.
  • Optimize internal processes based on team requests, opportunity gaps, and business requirements.
  • Communicate project initiatives to relevant stakeholders.


REQUIREMENTS

Skills

  • Deep understanding of Pardot and its capabilities
  • Solution design
  • SQL & SOQL
  • Good understanding of Salesforce’s security model
  • Data segmentation, optimization, and management
  • Scripting and query (specially Javascript)
  • Web analytics
  • Project management
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS
  • Knowledge of AMPscript is a bonus
  • Multi-channel subscriber management
  • Digital marketing knowledge
  • Experience in Apex and LWC will be an added advantage


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working with Marketing Cloud platforms
  • Salesforce certifications (PD1, Marketing Cloud)
  • Technical educational background in a related field (Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of database marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
