Position Overview 
 

As a Senior Product Manager for AI/ML products, you will play a key role in executing our AI strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning. You will have a direct impact on shaping the future of AI in life science and regulated industries and will be responsible for the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to iteration. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead the timely development of AI-driven products, supporting corporate strategy, business goals, and customer value. Work with product marketing to communicate benefits and solutions to internal and external stakeholders. Own the outcome. 

• Work closely with design, engineering, and legal to define features and outcomes required for product success. 

• Work closely with other product teams to help solve customer pain points with AI technology. 

• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and other research to identify product opportunities and innovations. 
• Measure the success of AI products post-launch, including user adoption, engagement, and performance, and iterate where necessary to get additional gains. 

Requirements 

• Be someone teams like to work with, known for empathy, efficiency and execution. 

• 4+ years of experience in product management, with track record of delivering commercial AI, machine learning, or data-driven products—ideally in a B2B market. 

• Experience in an agile environment, managing sprints, backlog, and product timelines. 

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in real-world products. 

• Excellent communication skills including written and oral, with the ability to tell the story, highlight value, and influence senior leaders and stakeholders. Comfort with both in-person and remote meetings and presentations. 

• Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills, a comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for AI-driven innovation and a good awareness of AI industry trends. 

Bonus Qualification 

• Domain experience in life sciences or regulatory environment 

Physical Demands 

• Operate a computer and work at a desk for extended periods of time 

• Stay organized and efficient in a remote work environment you maintain 

• Travel occasionally, typically to attend large team meetings and interact with customers

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $180,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
