Summary

We are seeking innovative and self-motivated AI Solutions Engineer Interns to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI development while building internal AI solutions that improve and scale our business operations. You'll work with LLM prompts, AWS cloud services and collaborate across departments to shape our AI platform. 

As an intern, you'll receive expert training in AI development, cloud infrastructure, and business analytics through hands-on projects and guided mentorship. You'll gain an understanding of SaaS business models, key metrics, and data and AI operations. You'll also develop technical skills in various AI techniques and practices, 15+ AWS cloud services, SQL, and Python programming. This program also includes real-world case studies to reinforce practical learning. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and refine AI prompts, track version history, and incorporate feedback to improve performance. 
• Maintain and enhance the backend of our internal AI product platform using AWS services. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders across accounting, finance, sales, marketing, professional services, and engineering to optimize AI-driven solutions. 
• Develop AI-powered solutions through prompt engineering, software development, and data processing. 
• Troubleshoot and support internal AI chat platform tickets while contributing to minor development tasks. 

Qualifications: 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field. 
• Experience writing code through coursework, projects, or internships. 
• Familiarity with Python and SQL. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Passion for AI, automation, and innovation in real-world applications.
