Overview
Prepaid Management Services is the division of mastercard that concentrates on Prepaid Solutions such as our Multi-Currency Cash Passport product. Traditionally focused on the Travel sector this business unit is driving forward Prepaid throughout the world with innovative and leading solutions that we integrate with Global brands. This role is within the Global Technology Services (GTS) team which is part of the wider mastercard Operations & Technologies group. We provide high quality evolutionary and operational capabilities to support the mastercard Prepaid Management Services business.
• The Agile Team is a dedicated collection of self-organizing, interdependent, co-located individuals representing different functional roles with all the necessary skills to turn Product Backlog items into a potentially shippable increment within the Sprint.
• A hands-on Analyst is a role within multi-disciplined, agile teams. Responsible for producing high-quality, appropriate web based solutions for both internal and external customers in Prepaid Management Services.
• The Agile Team ensures all development work adheres to design and development standards, guidelines and roadmap defined by the Prepaid Management Services Leadership and Architecture teams.

Role
• Take a participatory role in the project ceremonies, for example; sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demonstrations and retrospectives
• Maintains and develops test automation framework built for a cloud based microservices architecture application
• Reviews Service Delivery Health metrics
• Reviews test automation results
• Reviews active stories for proper scope including testing and define test scenarios
• Driving quality and testing processes for various software applications.
• Execute functional, non-functional, white box, integration and reliability testing for applications keeping automation in mind.
• Liaise with acquirers and product developers to discuss and resolve any issues.
• Own software quality functional areas and must be able to define test and environment strategies.
• Drive adoption of development standards and Mastercard engineering principles early in the life cycle.
• Create, maintain and enhance Test automation coverage and effectiveness
• Participate in requirements review and performance testing activities; monitor resolutions and maintain documentation
• Acts as first-review for program-level reviews, walkthroughs and inspections
• Identify areas of improvements, introducing and championing best practices
• Support the team with defect analysis and root cause investigation where necessary.

All About You
• Adheres to and implements enterprise quality standards, processes and tools, and develops and implements build control strategies or QA tools/processes
• Experience in Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
• Expertise in agile delivery, software testing standards, methods and conventions.
• Expert at database, hands-on on SQL, PL/SQL, reporting
• BI exposure to ETL, data pipeline, reporting
• Sound knowledge of Java, Spring-boot, Spring-Batch, API, code review and scanning tools and configuration, branching techniques.
• Exposure to software security and crypto testing practices preferable but not mandatory.
• Have proven current experience in creating and maintaining data-driven automated testing for distributed systems
• Experience with different software development methodologies - Agile, Waterfall
• Ability to analyze application logs and assist engineers by utilizing basic debugging techniques
• Have experience with defect/requirements management tools
• Understanding of API protocols
• Have hands on experience working with version control tools such as GIT.
• Excellent technical acumen, strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, critical thinking, and solid communication.
• Exposure to DevOps practices (continuous integration and delivery, tools such as Jenkins).
• Experience with cloud application platform tools such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry or AWS
