We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Delivery Lead to join our HR team. As a Data Science Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of data-driven products and solutions that enhance our HR processes and decision-making at scale.
Role:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, data scientists, engineers, and designers, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data-driven HR solutions.
• Work closely with data scientists to develop and refine algorithms, models, and analytics solutions that improve HR processes and decision-making.
• Lead the product development lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, testing, launch and metering.
• Execute prioritized projects on time within budget and with appropriate data governance approvals.
• Build realistic project timelines and keep stakeholders informed.
• Prioritize product requirements based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Liaise between business and data science team as requirements translator.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of data-driven HR products.
• Thought leadership - stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data science and HR technology.
All About You:
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on delivering data-driven products and solutions at scale in organizations.
• Strong understanding of data science concepts, algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience working with data visualization tools and platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR processes and practices is a plus.
