Location: Pakistan

Job Purpose:

• Develop comprehensive business intelligence on the RBG business performance across segments, sub segments, products.

• Identify, analyse and report on material positive and negative variance indicators.

• Perform root cause analysis and present the same with recommended corrective actions to business units.

• Identify and analyse trends and present analytics to business units including new geographies

• Proactive recommendations to segment heads on the opportunities and portfolio correction opportunities that exist from time to time

• Assist segment heads in obtaining the optimal information pack to manage their businesses.

• Scenario planning for growth, attrition and channel management.

• Strategic direction for enabling achievement of customer X-Sell ratio, and sales volume targets.

• Managing BI driven Telesales teams for sales closures

Key Result Areas:

• Publish timely and complete monthly analytics pack for RBG Marketing. . This will encompass various views including business unit, segment, sub segment, branch, product, service and channel. 

• Identify , analyse and report on material positive and negative variance indicators

• Analyse segments & micro segments based on variables such as profitability, product ownership & usage, channel usage, response to past offers, demographics , customer lifestyles, length of residence / service, and on potential for targeting products and services, such as householding for loan eligibilities

• Identify sales and attrition trends for segments and subsegments, and work with product teams to address opportunities and improve customer loyalty

• Perform root cause analysis and present the same with recommended corrective actions to business units. 

• Review , develop and enhance info packs and analytic decks for individual product groups to ensure that they are best placed to achieve product and customer growth related objective and profitability goals

• Segment based

• Provide analytical support for the development of marketing programs

• Sales Growth, Portfolio Performance and Channel analytics on a monthly basis

• Evaluation and implementation of behavioral and segmented scoring models

• Proactive recommendations to business heads on corrective action for adverse indicators or untapped opportunities. 

• Selection and implementation of advanced analytics software and tools to enable analytics and campaign automation.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. Financial services business intelligence experience in a comprehensive multi-product and competitive business environment.
2. Strong numerical, analytical and presentation skills
3. A good understanding of Sales & Marketing of retail banking products , services & related analytics 
4. MBA in Finance & Marketing
5. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
6. Experience in similar role for at least 3 years. 
7. Proven team leadership experience
8. Familiarity with analytics tools and statistical modeling concepts
