AVP - Technology - Middleware Web
Location: Pakistan; Hybrid
Senior Manager Middleware Web for management of middleware platforms
- Administration of WebLogic, WebSphere, and JBoss across complex enterprise environments
- Application deployments (EAR/WAR/JAR), release management
- Middleware Websphere, Weblogic, JBOSS, Tomcat upgrades, migrations, and standardization initiatives
Provide L3 support and effectively manage critical technical escalations
Support BAU operations, project initiatives, and on-call responsibilities in a 24x7 environment
Ensure systems are maintained in line with audit, security, disaster recovery (DR), and compliance standards
Collaborate with application, database, SecOps, network, and infrastructure teams to support and optimize middleware services
Manage Opex (AMC) and Capex for middleware platforms, ensuring cost control and budget adherence
