The role

// We are seeking an exceptional client-facing Senior Project Manager to join our Global Services team. This role demands outstanding project management skills, relationship management, project control, and delivery skills to successfully implement our SaaS cloud-based fare payment platform at some of the world's largest and most essential transit agencies. 

As a key leader within our team, you will work on some of the most complex transit projects, partner with a range of leading global system integrators, and provide expert guidance to deliver impactful fare payment innovative solutions. 

Location

// This role is available in a fully remote model for candidates based in North and Latin America, specifically within the Eastern or Mountain time zones.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee complex technical and integration projects, working with transit agencies and system integrators to deliver automated fare payment collection systems

  • Schedule Management: Develop and manage detailed delivery schedules while overseeing complex projects and maintaining senior-level relationships

  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing consulting services on best practices, risk management, cost control, and commercial decisions

  • Risk Management: Assess project and executive risks, implementing controls, communication, and risk management strategies

  • Financial Accountability: Manage project delivery to ensure profitability, margin, and cost basis. Oversee commercial control from pre-bid to post-delivery

  • Business Development Collaboration: Collaborate with business development and account managers to scope requirements, define feasibility, and estimate costs for new or existing opportunities

 

About You

//  Experience in most of the following areas: 

  • Proven experience managing complex technical projects and large-scale system migrations, delivering SaaS platform capabilities and API integration  

  • Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • A number of years of experience in the E2E project lifecycle, from bid to delivery, with full responsibility for handling multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience implementing project management methodologies such as Agile, PMP, and/or PMBOK

  • Proficient with Microsoft or Google presentations, documents or spreadsheets, and project management solutions (MS Project, Gantt, Smartsheets etc.)

  • Ideally, experience working with large system integrators in transit, payments or other industries 

  • Strong digital transformation and change management skills, with the ability to guide transit agencies and partners in implementing comprehensive fare collection strategies, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction
