L'Etudiant en ingénierie mécanique est chargé d'aider le coordinateur de l'amélioration continue à planifier, guider et développer des activités d'amélioration continue et LEAN pour la fabrication de produits HVAC sur mesure.
Rôles et responsabilités
- Assurer l'amélioration continue des processus en mettant l'accent sur les délais, la productivité, la qualité et la compétitivité
- Diriger et faciliter les activités d'amélioration continue et LEAN telles que 5S, VSM, événements kaizen qui stimulent l'amélioration des affaires
- Mettre en œuvre un système de gestion Lean et s'assurer que tous les éléments tels que les processus standardisés sont en place pour générer des résultats durables
- Fournir une formation et un soutien utiles pour toutes les activités et concepts d'amélioration continue aux employés
- Parrainer la coordination des processus d'amélioration entre les employés et les départements afin d'améliorer la standardisation des pratiques d'affaires
- Collaborer avec notre équipe corporative Lean (Marmon) pour assurer la cohésion des activités locales et la production de rapports, mise à jour et communication

Position Summary
The Mechanical Engineer Student is responsible in helping the Continuous Improvement Coordinator for planning, guiding, and developing Continuous Improvement and LEAN activities for the manufacturing of custom HVAC products.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure the Continuous Improvement of processes with a focus on lead time, productivity, quality, and competitiveness
- Lead and facilitate Continuous Improvement and LEAN activities such as 5S, VSM, Kaizen events that drive business improvement
- Implements a Lean management system and ensures that all elements such as standardized processes are in place to drive sustainable results
- Provide useful training and support for all Continuous Improvement activities and concepts to employees
- Sponsor the coordination of improvement processes between the employees & departments in order to improve the standardization of business practices
- Collaborate with our corporate Lean team (Marmon) to ensure the cohesion of local activities and the production of reports, update, and communication
- Other responsibilities as assigned
