  • Facilitate impact reviews and approvals. Participate on the EC Board.
  • Implement changes in Epicor and maintain drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
  • Check work for accuracy and completeness, and maintain EC records.
  • Maintain and improve change control tools and workflows.
  • Provide training and support to other teams, and support internal and external audits.

General Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering and cross-functional projects of low to moderate complexity from planning through completion.
  • Develop project plans, coordinate activities, track progress, and communicate status, risks, and decisions.
  • Work across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other functions to resolve issues and meet project objectives.
  • Manage multiple priorities and complete work accurately and on schedule.
  • Identify and implement practical improvements to products, processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Follow company quality, safety, regulatory, and documentation requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in design engineering, engineering change control, or both, in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks, including detailed drawings.
