As CAD and Engineering Systems Administrator, you serve as the technical expert and systems owner for Engineering Design Tools and Product Data Management (PDM) processes across the organization.  This role is responsible for ensuring CAD and PDM platforms are configured, maintained, and optimized to deliver execution excellence, product development speed, and data integrity, delivering organizational training, leading continuous improvement, and process optimization.  You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and IT professionals, to ensure seamless integration, alignment, and execution of systems and processes. This role will champion effective and efficient operation of engineering design systems requiring knowledge of Solidworks, PTC CREO, and Engineering PDM systems along with the ability to leverage AI driven applications to improve process automation.

This role is subject to our hybrid work model: we collaborate in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. The rest of the week, you have flexibility to work wherever it suits you best.

Product Data Management (PDM/PLM)

  • Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of engineering PDM systems.

  • Ensure data integrity, version control, and compliance with engineering standards.

  • Define and optimize workflows for change management, approvals, and release processes.

  • Train and support engineers in effective PDM usage and best practices.

Process Improvement & AI Applications

  • Explore and deploy AI and machine learning applications for CAD/PDM to improve process flows, error detection, and automation.
