Marathon Talent is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will support the creation of engaging visual content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media. You will work closely with senior designers and marketing professionals to ensure that all designs align with our brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundational knowledge of graphic design principles and is eager to contribute fresh ideas while honing their skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing graphic assets for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and print materials.
• Create visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project requirements and deadlines.
• Contribute to brainstorming and creative sessions.
• Prepare files for production and ensure quality control.
• Stay updated on design trends and techniques to continuously improve design quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Basic knowledge of digital and print design processes.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
