Job Description

学历与经验：计算机相关专业本科及以上学历；5年以上Java后端开发经验，至少1年AI大模型相关项目经验；有保险、银行、证券等金融机构AI项目经验者优先。

技术栈要求：精通Java，熟悉Spring Boot/Cloud、MyBatis、MySQL、Redis、Kafka等主流框架和中间件；具备良好的系统设计能力（高可用、高并发、分布式事务）；熟悉金融行业常用技术架构和安全规范。

AI专业能力：深入理解大模型的基本原理（Transformer、Attention、Prompt机制），熟悉RAG、Agent、Function Calling等常见范式；能够独立进行Prompt调优。

框架实践经验：熟练使用LangChain、LlamaIndex、Spring AI中至少一种，并有实际项目落地经验；有金融场景AI应用落地经验。

工程素养：熟悉Docker、Kubernetes、CI/CD流水线；熟悉编码规范、注重代码质量，有单元测试和集成测试习惯；熟悉金融行业系统信息安全规范和审计要求。

行业认知与合规意识：了解保险业务基本流程和监管要求，具备较强的风控和合规意识；熟悉《个人信息保护法》、《数据安全法》在金融场景应用。

综合素质：积极主动，认真负责，责任心强，能主动承担责任；具备良好的沟通能力以及跨部门协作精神；对保险科技有热情，愿意深入理解业务场景。
