Job Description

As an intern, you will be given the opportunity to interact with the operational teams to learn and gain insight into the business operations. Internal training and coaching will also be given to developing your technical knowledge and soft skills.

Job Description:-

1. Provide recommendations to improve the overall operations and efficiency of the System Application Software to support current and meet new business requirements.

2. Maintain a proactive approach in attending to users’ requests, identify and troubleshoot problems, enquiries, provide advice and follow-through in meeting user needs and expectations within a stipulated time to ensure smooth operation of JDE / MTech application and other application systems.

3. Attend to user requests, problems, and enquiries. Work with users and the project team to identify user’s needs, system/process that needs improvement and actively provide best practice solutions.

4. Identify, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications based on users’ requests to develop customized reports and new/enhanced application programs within a given deadline.

5. Ensure the completion of new programs or enhancements of programs meets the set deadline.

6. Ensure Program and System Integration Testing is done thoroughly with proper Test Plan documentation. Perform Application Testing together with User and Application Support Team Member.

7. Perform any other task and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications

Requirements:-

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in IT/ any related field.
• 3 -6 Month(s) Internship period or longer.
• Prefer to start working ASAP.
• Working Location: Menara Citibank, Jalan Ampang 
• Nearest MRT/LRT: Ampang Park/ Persiaran KLCC (Within 5min walking distance)
• Monday to Friday, 5 days working in the office. (On-site role)
• Working Hours: 7.30am-4.30pm/ 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm
