As a Frontend Engineer at MaintainX, you will be instrumental in owning, defining and enhancing the marketing website platform and pages. Reporting to the Director of Web Optimization and PLG, your responsibilities will encompass frontend engineering work for the marketing website, Hubspot landing pages, and analytics tracking. You will own the web platform strategy, built on Webflow and create new web templates and modules. Collaborating closely with marketing business units, your role is to develop a well built web platform that is on brand, performant, and supports the needs of the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Articulate and implement a compelling and modern web platform vision in alignment with marketing strategies and business objectives.
  • Launch redesigns, new landing pages, and update existing landing pages.
  • Develop interactive web pages using video and animation.
  • Project Management: Develop project estimates, determine most efficient approach to development, and execute, ensuring timely completion.
  • Development: Deliver the highest level of technical execution, creating clean code that is optimized for multiple operating systems, browsers, and browser sizes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure development quality through unit testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, load testing. Create automated tests.
  • Localization: Develop and support multi-lingual website, potentially integrating with third-party translation management system.
  • Define technical requirements for new web platform and web page capabilities and integrations.
  • Ensure that leads and signups created on the website flow to downstream systems correctly. Instrument monitoring and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests on the website.
  • Instrument the website to support web analytics.

About you:

  • Expertise or familiarity with the MaintainX tech stack - Webflow (at least 1 years of experience), HubSpot, Chili Piper, Outreach, Iterable, Demandbase, Mutiny (or A/B testing platforms), Salesforce, Amplitude, GA4, and Intercom.
  • Knowledge of frontend programming technologies such as React, HTML, CSS, Javascript, performance optimization, and security best practices.
  • You excel working as the technical expert on a marketing team, while also having access to a team of engineers for support and collaboration.
  • Ability to articulate trade-offs for different technology approaches in solving business problems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing websites and SEO technical considerations (e.g., canonicals, hreflang, structured data).
  • Design experience using tools such as Figma is a big plus.
  • Language skills is a plus, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese.
