Job Description:

• Ensure establishment and sustainability of Quality Management System (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, CSR),
• Manage internal & external audits and corrective action follow-up,
• Monitor production quality and manage deviations,
• Lead customer complaints and 8D problem solving activities,
• Manage supplier quality and incoming quality processes,
• Lead APQP & PPAP activities (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA),
• Track KPIs (PPM, Scrap, FPY) and drive continuous improvement,
• Support Lean / CI activities and quality awareness across organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive company, preferably in a quality function,
• Min. 3 years of experience in automotive operations (quality preferred),
• Familiar with IATF 16949 and Quality Management Systems,
• Technical capability and understanding,
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability,
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
