מגל הינה חברה גלובלית ומובילה בתחום ה-HLS אשר מפתחת חיישנים למערכות הגנה של גבולות ואתרים אסטרטגים וכן מפתחת מערכות מולטי-דיסיפלנריות חדשניות.
Responsibilities
מתן מענה לתקלות לקוחות החברה הן מרחוק והן באתרי הלקוחות- התפקיד כולל נסיעה ללקוחות החברה בכל הארץ.
מתן פתרונות לתקלות בגלאים אלקטרוניים, מצלמות, מערכות בקרת כניסה ופריצה, שרתים ותחנות עבודה, מכמי"ם ועוד.
שעות עבודה הן: א'-ד' 7:00-16:15, ה' 7:00-15:00.
משרה מלאה כולל כוננות בסופ"ש אחת לחודש, ונכונות לשעות נוספות, נסיעות לאתרים ברחבי הארץ.
Requirements
- הסמכות CCNA ו-MCSA, CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Network+, JNCA. יתרון משמעותי
- ידע ברשתות עם מותגים כמו Cisco, Juniper או מותגים דומים
- ידע ב-SQL Server ו-MongoDB
- לפחות שלוש שנות ניסיון בתחום ה IT ומערכות אינטגרציה.
- התקנה תצורת שרתים עם מערכות הפעלה (VMware, Linux, Windows)
- פתיחות מחשבתית ויצירתיות: נכונות ללמוד ולהסתגל
- תשוקה ללמידה: עניין אמיתי בטכנולוגיה ודחף לרכוש כישורים חדשים.
- יכולת עבודה בצוות.
- יכול למידה עצמית של תוכנות שהחברה מפתחת ומשווקת.
- רקע רלוונטי במערכות מולטידספלינאריות הכוללות אלקטרוניקה, תוכנה ותקשורת.
- 2-3 שנות ניסיון בתמיכה, הטמעה ותחזוקה למערכות וחקר תקלות מעמיק.
- ניסיון בשירות לקוחות טכני בשטח – חובה
- רישיון נהיגה- חובה
- סיווג בטחוני –יתרון משמעותי.
