Technical Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Technical Project Manager to lead the development and adoption of multiple technology products within Technology Operations Platform. The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering successful technology projects and software, excelling in ambiguous environments where priorities can shift rapidly.

With a strong foundation in Agile practices, including Scrum, this role requires someone who can manage complex priorities, pivot quickly when necessary, and ensure seamless collaboration between teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Delivery:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder objectives.

  • Plan and execute projects with a focus on on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.

  • Manage competing priorities effectively, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.

  • Navigate ambiguity by creating structure, clarity, and actionable plans.

  • Foster an Agile mindset across teams, ensuring iterative development and continuous improvement.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.

  • Actively manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates, reports, and presentations.

  • Ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and deliverables.

• User Adoption & Internal Marketing:

  • Drive user adoption by creating and executing tailored communication and engagement plans.

  • Lead training sessions, workshops, and demos to familiarize users with the product.

  • Act as a champion for user feedback, leveraging insights to enhance the product and increase satisfaction.

• Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

  • Lead by example, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Risk Management:

  • Identify risks and potential roadblocks, proactively developing mitigation strategies.

  • Pivot quickly to address changing circumstances or unexpected challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required), MBA in Project Management, Technology Management, or a related field (preferred)

  • 5–7 years of project management experience, with a focus on technology projects and software delivery.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects in dynamic and ambiguous environments.

• Organization & Adaptability:

  • Highly organized with exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly as circumstances evolve.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

• Project Management:

  • Experience in deploying enterprise-grade applications with successful adoption experience

  • Background in change management and user adoption strategies.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure project impact and user engagement.

• Agile Practices:

  • Hands-on experience with Scrum and other Agile methodologies.

  • Proficiency in tools like Jira to manage sprints and workflows.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Strong communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders and drive alignment.

  • Experience working with diverse internal teams and senior leadership.

• User Adoption & Marketing:

  • Knowledge of strategies to drive user engagement and adoption for internal tools or software.

  • Experience conducting training sessions, creating marketing materials, and gathering actionable user feedback.

• Leadership:

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire them to achieve shared goals.

  • Strong decision-making skills, particularly under pressure or in ambiguous situations.
