You will work with agile development teams & stakeholders in various locations, e.g., Pune, Bangalore, UK, and Copenhagen. For this job, the primary work location will be Bangalore – India, and working hours are CET weekdays and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility for the availability and performance, in particular driving incidents and Root Cause Analysis, into a cost-effective running of our Treasury Management System, Findur, and connected systems and services. This to be managed in a system landscape where most applications are vendor hosted and supported.

  • Availability and performance of applications, in particular driving incident and Root Cause Analysis to cost effective solutions

  • Working as the escalation point for Support Issues while ensuring SLAs are met.

  • Ensuring that the system Lifecycle is followed, and all IT Governance processes and procedures are adhered to, including Audit and Cyber Review.

  • Get Involved in system upgrade and architecture discussions and design, to ensure supportability and Cyber Compliance.

We are looking for the following experience & Technical Skills

Must have:

  • 8-10 years of experience from similar applications management job in banking or corporate treasury

  • Run and manage systems and processes inside an Agile DevOps team with clear understanding of software lifecycle, from design, coding, test, deployment, and incident handling is key.

  • For you to get the best deliverables and cooperation with external hosting partners, you need to understand Cloud Hosting, Windows Server, Data Bases, data encryption/transport and have a clear understanding of network technologies as LAN, WAN, Fire Walls and VPN

  • Clear understanding of Cyber Sec. to ensure system and data integrity, access internal and externally connected systems.

  • Ability to learn and adopt to latest FinTech Technology trends and understand different vendor offerings to match business needs, including compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and intercultural understanding.

Advantage if:

  • Experience working with some of the following systems: Findur or similar complex treasury system, SWIFT payment gateways, EU derivatives reporting to DTCC, Bloomberg market data interfaces etc.

  • Experience running Disaster Recovery test and insurance of system resilience in relation to SOC-1 and SOC-2.

  • Some experience from SWIFT gateways and payment formats ISO 15.022 and ISO 20.022

  • Experience in finding temporary and permanent solutions to incidents, as and when they happen.

  • Some end-to-end system integration test, or similar experience supporting the DevOps process.

Business Skills:

  • Treasury and / or Investment banking knowledge

  • Must have or express a clear interest in understanding Corporate Treasury processes.

  • Understand the treasury business language and be able to translate that to technology and application related issues.
