Project Manager - Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, quality, and risk for warehouse development

• Review and manage project feasibility and financial planning

• Establish and execute project objectives

• Manage communication with project-related partners

• (Including design firms, contractors, consultants, and other service providers)

• Supervise and manage project execution phases (Full project management required from planning, design, construction, move-in, to closure)

• Manage project-related documentation and reporting

• Oversee permits and construction cost management

• Communication and collaboration with overseas HQ and regional managers

We are looking for:

• A relevant degree (Architecture, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, etc.)

• Proficiency in business English

• 7+ years of project/construction management experience (Assistant Manager or above)

• Experience in PM (Project Management) or CM (Construction Management) in the same industry or in-house PM experience is preferred

• Experience in warehouse development is preferred

• Experience working in a global foreign company
