JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Be responsible for driving Business Excellence across Mekong functions, to deliver projects in scope.
Partner with commercial, finance, CX, Product and Operation to aid in strategic development.
Establish and track goals, metrics, and indicators for success for the projects.
Establish and foster data-driven relationships with functions, focusing on joint strategic vision and initiatives aligned to the Area Business Plan.
Accountable for the internal implementation of the solutions, ensuring reporting structure and continuous improvement loops embedded in the organization.
Effective independent judgment to set priorities and work independently.
Responsible for identifying and reducing process costs.
Any other business responsibilities that may be assigned, which is linked to driving business excellence to ensure business profitability and operational efficiency.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Excellence Manager.
Proven quantitative aptitude with working knowledge of data management and modeling.
Compelling data storytelling and data visualization skills.
Have industry experience in international supply chain management
Have a continuous improvement mindset and Tech-savvy
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
