We are looking for a Project Manager with:

1. Technical Knowledge

  • Understanding of Technology: Understanding of the technology stack, architecture, and systems involved in the project (e.g., software development, cloud platforms, IT infrastructure).

  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Familiarity with different development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and their application in managing projects.

  • Technical Tools: Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project tracking and collaboration tools.

2. Project Management Skills

  • Planning & Scheduling: Expertise in project planning, defining scope, milestones, and setting timelines.

  • Risk Management: Ability to identify potential risks, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies to manage sprints and iterative development.

  • Resource Management: Managing both technical and non-technical teams, as well as stakeholders, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

  • Time Management: Effective prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.

3. Leadership & Communication

  • Stakeholder Management: Communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical details into business terms.

  • Decision Making: Strong decision-making abilities, especially when under pressure, with a balance of technical understanding and business needs.

  • Client Communication: Effectively managing client expectations, providing regular updates, and handling escalations when needed.

1. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking

  • Analytical Thinking: Breaking down complex problems into manageable components and identifying root causes.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust plans, strategies, and approaches based on new information or unforeseen challenges.

2. Industry Knowledge 

  • Warehouse Operations: Knowledge of warehouse management systems and warehouse onsite operations.

3. Change Management

  • Managing Change Requests: Overseeing changes in project scope, requirements, and priorities, and ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously looking for opportunities to improve internal processes, technology, or workflows.
