We are looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager to take responsibility for delivering our various programs on time for Maersk Air & LCL business. You will be part of a growing platform technology team where we are transforming the logistics industry by implementing latest technology to drive customer satisfaction. As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that technical projects are delivered on time and in the most efficient manner possible. This role involves managing complex, multi-disciplinary technical projects using engineering expertise. The Lead Technical Program Manager will plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying and alleviating risks, and coordinating efforts between different platforms/teams.
The role requires managing and explaining the team's analyses and recommendations to executives as well as discussing technical trade-offs with engineers. Using extensive technical and project management expertise, the Lead Technical Program Manager will manage projects of various sizes and scopes, identify future opportunities, improve processes, and drive the technical direction of programs. Responsibilities includes identification, planning and coordination of a set of related projects within a programme of business change, to manage their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies and objectives. The maintenance of a strategic view over the set of projects, providing the framework for implementing business initiatives, or large-scale change, by conceiving, maintaining and communicating a vision of the outcome of the programme and associated benefits. Agreement of business requirements, and translation of requirements into operational plans. Determination, monitoring, and review of programme scope, costs, and schedule, programme resources, inter-dependencies and programme risk.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex technical cross team, cross platform projects, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation, and successful on-time delivery.
Work on key initiatives through collaboration with platforms, driving value realization and reporting on project success criteria results, metrics, and key improvements to senior stakeholders.
Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
Drive measurable project performance gains correlated to execution velocity. Establish governance over prioritization decisions to ensure alignment with key performance indicators.
Drive continuous optimization of the tech organization in terms of delivery, velocity and collaboration.
Ability to analyse and present program statuses to senior stakeholders in a easy to digest manner with clear goals and achievements along with a clear path to green.
Ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time, on budget and within agreed scope.
Required Experience:
Experience in managing and delivering technical solutions with a product mindset involves not just focusing on the technology, but also on aligning solutions with the overall business objectives, user needs, and long-term product vision.
Experience in setting high level program management process with clear milestones and cadence.
Experience in managing multi-team, multi-disciplinary, multi-country, and/or time zone projects.
Ability to collaborate and deliver solutions in an always-changing environment, work through ambiguity, get detailed solutions, identify a path forward, and lead initiatives over the finish line.
Ability to use data to create impactful business cases/presentations.
Good understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development teams, familiarity with JIRA or other issue and project-tracking software.
Ability to lead cross-functionally and influence without authority across a diverse set of stakeholders (leadership, engineering teams, product owners, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple requests and work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
Ability to manage a team of Technical Program Managers running multiple ongoing programs across multiple platforms and teams.
