The Business Platforms organization at Maersk leads the way in creating innovative technologies that enhance the customer experience through personalized and automated digital solutions. Our platforms support Maersk’s vision as the Global Integrator of container logistics, streamlining customer supply chains worldwide. Our Procurement Platform vertical is crucial to this vision, with a focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions that leverage both in-house and SaaS technology to enable seamless global spend.

The P2P Enablement Platform Owner is responsible for turning the platform vision into reality: setting strategic direction, fostering a high-performing team of Product Managers, developing innovative software solutions that deliver a world-class customer experience and collaborating with partner platforms to deliver the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the platform’s long-term P2P strategy, translating it into a data-driven, supplier and customer-focused operational plan.
• Define key metrics and establish feedback loops to monitor and improve platform and process performance.
• Cultivate partnerships across technology, process and global procurement and service delivery teams to build software solutions with high levels of automation, that elevate user experiences and foster sustainable competitive advantage.
• Hire and mentor a diverse team of Product Management professionals, driving innovation and a value focused approach within the organization.
• Act as the customer advocate in various executive forums, leading the charge in transforming the logistics and services industry.

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience in leading product management teams within a global tech or logistics organization.
• A forward-thinking leader with a track record of building high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Expertise in crafting and executing a digital strategy that puts the customer first, especially in a B2B environment (experience in logistics or supply chain is a bonus).
• Proven experience leveraging AI/ML to drive business outcomes.
• Strong ability to lead and inspire diverse, cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, including product management, UX, marketing, and more.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to support business cases and strategic decisions.
• Proven experience in driving large scale P2P transformations.

We work on a hybrid model, with some work in the office and some from home.
