Key Responsibilities: 

· Develop high-quality, efficient, and scalable software applications using dot NET Technologies, C#, Java based frameworks, db (SQL, NoSQL). (Hands on)  

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 

· Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security best practices are followed.  

· Contributing to architectural discussions, system design, and implementing new features and enhancements.

· Providing technical direction and mentorship to the development team, performing code reviews, enforcing best practices, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.

· Designing, optimizing, and maintaining SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures to ensure efficient data retrieval and management.

· Identifying performance bottlenecks in the application and implementing optimizations to enhance system performance.

· Well versed in Agile development methodologies.

· Design and implement APIs and microservices to enable seamless integration and scalability of the applications. 

· Ensure APIs are well-documented and adhere to RESTful principles.   

· Utilize Azure toolsets and cloud technologies to build, deploy, and manage applications. 

· Implement best practices for cloud security, scalability, and cost optimization. 

Qualifications: 

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. 

· Proven experience as an Engineer, with at least 2 to 4 years of hands-on .NET development experience. 

· Proficiency in backend technologies such as, dot Netcore, C#, SQL, Java, 

· Understanding of frontend technologies like Angular and Flutter would be an added advantage. 

· Experience in a leadership or technical lead role is a plus. 

· In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle. 

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 

· Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
