Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, grow, retain and coach high performing Engineering Teams
- Own and drive key parts of our Product and Engineering roadmap
- Advocate new methodologies, tools and design paradigms
- Present engineering strategy and key findings to executives and other departments
- Collaborate with other teams inside Madison Logic and interface with Senior Management
- Enforce advanced process governance, security, and engineering practices
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to work in-office during UK Shift Timing (11:00am – 8:00pm Local Time) Required
- Fluent in English language (verbal and written) and possessing a clear and concise communication style
- Masters degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of professional experience in a related discipline
- 4+ yrs experience knowledge of programming languages
- 3+ years of experience directly leading and managing medium sized teams
- 3+ years of experience in the Adtech/Martech industry preferred
- 3+ years of experience communicating with executive management
- 1+ years of experience using AWS tools
- Experience leading blended teams of engineers

- Self-Sufficient and proactive nature, able & comfortable "figuring things out", resorting to escalation only when after exhausting all other options
- Strong sense of urgency required
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear & concise manner across all levels and functions
- Experience working in a PE-backed company highly desirable
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced ability to visualize and communicate complex systems in a simple, actionable way
- Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills
- Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills
