As the Senior Manager, Digital Experience,, you will be responsible for helping develop and manage the marketing websites across Mable, HomeMade, and other Attain Healthtech businesses. You will own the product roadmap for the Web Squad, balancing business requests with developing best-practice digital experience initiatives. Working closely with the wider acquisition team, marketing, CX designers and developers, you’ll understand customer needs and how to bring them to life using our technology platforms. We’re looking for someone who can help champion best-practice website management,, manage non-technical stakeholders, and deliver innovative digital experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the product roadmap for Attain Healthtech’s marketing websites, including mable.com.au and homemadesupport.com.au. This includes delivering BAU tasks in response to business requests as well as digital initiatives developed by the Web Squad based on insights and key business opportunities. 

Serve as the technical intake point for all initiatives requiring platform or CMS changes. Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering to assess feasibility, translate requests into scoped, estimated work and prioritise based on business strategy.

Lead Web Squad product development sprints, including task prioritisation, stakeholder management and reporting. Lead day-to-day squad leadership — managing sprint planning, prioritisation, and removing blockers to maintain delivery velocity

Manage stakeholder communication for all Web Squad updates. Translate technical scope, trade-offs, and risk into clear, confident updates for senior leadership. Produce documentation for major changes, including cutover plans, stakeholder registers, and roadmap updates. Work with squad and Acquisition team members to develop post-launch analysis of key initiatives. 

Act as the business owner for Attain Healthtech’s headless CMS stack (Contentful, Cloudinary, AWS) and the digital properties that sit on it, including vendor evaluations, relationship management and contract renewals. 

Work closely with wider Attain Healthtech technical teams to ensure the marketing website optimises its connections to the wider Attain Healthtech tech stack.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, CX or similar field

3-5 years experience managing a CMS or digital platform end-to-end, ideally with a headless CMS such as Contentful. 

A strong understanding of headless CMS architecture (e.g., Contentful, AWS, Cloudinary) and its role in supporting scalable digital properties.

A track record of leading a product delivery squad’s day-to-day operations - sprint planning, backlog triage, and removing blockers to maintain velocity.

Exceptional stakeholder communication skills; you can translate technical scope, trade-offs, and risk into confident, proactive updates for senior/executive leadership.

Experience acting as a primary technical partner for cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Analytics), ensuring incoming requests are scoped against business prioritises and platform health.

Ability to thrive in a rapidly scaling environment with non-technical stakeholders, navigating ambiguity with a proactive approach to process improvement and solution development.
