Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Developer.
• Strong familiarity and working knowledge of Suite of tools (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident and Knowledge Base, etc.)
• Demonstrable ability to communicate and listen well with business and technical people, regardless of title, with good self-awareness.
• Proven developer independent of the platform, with an emphasis on analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated competency with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, ITIL/ITSM, PMP/PRINCE2 practices.
• Experience working on project teams that leverage Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with system/software engineering lifecycle principles, translating requirements into functional and technical solutions, application implementation and support, enterprise monitoring.
• Experience working with large data sets and performing data analysis/modeling to help facilitate and inform management decisions.

Preferred:

• CAD (Certified Application Developer)
