M9 Solutions is seeking a Patient Account Solution Architect Lead to work hybrid remote/on-site on a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and implementation of innovative solutions for optimizing revenue cycle processes, enhancing operational efficiency and revenue recovery across client enterprise.
- Provide patient accounting business operations input into new capability design.
- Provide patient accounting input into workflow optimization.
- Perform technical and business-related research to support the design, workflows, and processes to support changes to the patient accounting applications of the project.
- Collaborate with the team to design fully integrated clinical and revenue cycle workflows to support clinically driven revenue cycle.
- Support the development of engineering presentations for patient accounting.
- Present and facilitate patient accounting discussions with the customer.
- Support design and testing activities.
- Support review and recommended updates to patient accounting training content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, managing the product roadmap to ensure on-time, within-budget product delivery.
- Develop product initiatives focused on aligning with project performance and value statement/goals.
- Engage with stakeholders and leadership to define technical and business priorities, driving solutions that meet customer needs and government compliance requirements.
- Communicate findings of contracts and vendor management process improvement initiatives and improvement recommendations to the government and program leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Ability to report on-site in Washington, DC 25% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of prior relevant experience, or master’s degree with 2 – 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
- 10+ years of experience with Health EMR App Cerner.
- 7 – 10+ years of experience with stakeholder engagement.
- 7 – 10+ years of experience with Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM).
- Deep Oracle Health (Cerner) patient accounting application experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present to Senior Leadership.
- Previous hospital patient accounting experience including experience with CDM maintenance, Suspended Charges, Denials Management, and Edit Failure resolution.
- Expertise in workflow design.
- Expertise in facilitation of design sessions.
- Previous experience with RevSpring, SSI and Alpha II.
