The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in development and be ready to contribute from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize applications promptly according to business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements efficiently.
• Perform integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration mechanisms.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization of modules.
• Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting to end-users.
• Maintain clear documentation for all development activities.
• Stay abreast of enhancements and industry best practices.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant development experience with demonstrated ability to deliver quickly.
• Expertise in core modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML relevant to customization.
• Experience with integration techniques, including REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ability to join immediately and handle fast-paced project demands.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Developer or related certifications.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
