About the Role
Lyra is looking for a clinical quality leader with extensive experience in evidence-based behavioral health care assessment and counseling, deep knowledge of specialty mental health services for child, adolescent, and adult services, and strong project management skills. You will serve as the Clinical Quality Lead for Lyra’s Clinical Growth team. 

For this full-time role, the primary responsibility will be to help support Lyra provider recruitment, clinical quality, and clinical operations teams. You will lead recurring consultation with recruiters and conduct focused training sessions related to evidence based therapies and culturally responsive care. You will work with our marketing teams to develop recruitment content for prospective clinicians and will assist in training recruitment partners on effective strategies for engaging candidates with our programs.  You will also work closely with the Clinical Quality and Operations teams to build and implement initiatives focused on clinical growth and access within our existing therapy programs and assist with and support Clinical Quality implementation strategies. 

This role reports to our Senior Clinical Quality Manager, Clinical Growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation, review and clinical quality oversight to support recruitment and onboarding of Lyra providers
  • Facilitate trainings and group consultation with clinical recruiters
  • Manage administrative requests from providers as it relates to impacts on clinical quality and growth
  • Support in the design, development, and implementation of content, training, and programmatic processes to facilitate program growth and access to care
  • Provide support and cross-coverage to other Clinical Quality Team members as needed
  • Drive clinical quality projects and initiatives that support overall clinical quality goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • MA/MS in social work or psychology or PhD/PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology
  • 5+ years post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in EAP, Academic Medical Center, VA, or other large scale behavioral health care delivery settings
  • Highly skilled in providing consultation and training to clinical and non-clinical audiences
  • Deep knowledge of evidence-based therapies
  • Grounded in cultural humility with a deep commitment to culturally responsive care and DEIB
  • Background in research and/or clinical science settings is a plus
  • Strong experience with program development and management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to independently manage responsibilities across multiple teams and areas of focus
  • Comfort with technology and working within a fast-moving environment
  • Passion for transforming mental health through technology with a human touch
