We’re looking for a Tech Lead to establish project specifications and technical direction, create a framework of technical standards and procedures, and oversee software quality and system modifications.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales
- Establishing project specifications and technical direction.

Here’s what we need from you
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years as a Tech Lead or Architect.
- Experience with one or more programming languages: Go, Python, or Node.js.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze existing operations.
- Proficiency in software development and the ability to guide technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team leads and product owners.
- Ability to mentor and guide team members through technical challenges.
- Experience with distributed systems, event-driven design, and clean architecture.
- Experience with large-scale systems handling millions of requests per day is a plus.
