We’re looking for a Tech Lead to establish project specifications and technical direction, create a framework of technical standards and procedures, and oversee software quality and system modifications.

You will work closely with product owners, team leads, and developers daily, translating business and product requirements into technical implementations.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales

  • Establishing project specifications and technical direction.
  • Creating a framework of technical standards and procedures.
  • Overseeing software quality and system modifications.
  • Guiding team members with troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Analyzing existing operations to identify risks and redundancies.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with product owners, team leads, and developers to ensure seamless translation of business and product requirements into technical implementation.

Here’s what we need from you

  • At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years as a Tech Lead or Architect.
  • Experience with one or more programming languages: Go, Python, or Node.js.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze existing operations.
  • Proficiency in software development and the ability to guide technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team leads and product owners.
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members through technical challenges.
  • Experience with distributed systems, event-driven design, and clean architecture.
  • Experience with large-scale systems handling millions of requests per day is a plus.
