We’re looking for an Application Security Engineer to ensure no breach or vulnerability threatening our company or endangering our employees in order to keep Lusha’s Data safe and protected. How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales

• Take ownership of product security, initiate and improve processes, security tools, and documentation that will support application security requirements
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to drive a secure development lifecycle and integrate security features throughout the design and development of apps.
• Lead the creation of Threat Models for new features and applications: identify security requirements, pinpoint vulnerabilities, assess risks, and drive mitigation plans to minimize exposure to acceptable levels.
• Manage SAST and DAST systems, conduct scans, analyze results, and lead remediation efforts.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching new application security technologies and evaluating their relevance to current and future development needs.

Here’s what we need from you

• 5+ years of application security hands-on experience
• Experience conducting penetration testing
• Experience performing security reviews, code reviews, and customizing application security solutions
• Strong understanding of common security attacks and their remediation
• Ability to explain complex security problems
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well with developers and product management
• Experience with programming languages: Node.js, Python, JavaScript, etc. (Advantage)
• Experience working in high-scale SaaS environment (Advantage)
• Knowledge of microservice architecture, K8S, IaC ,web technologies and APIs (Advantage)
