Engineering Project Manager - EU

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional engineering teams to simultaneously meet multiple project deadlines. Key responsibilities include: 

• Define the project scope, develop project proposals, plans and schedules, and establish project goals and objectives  
• Manage project budget, resources and risks, and ensure the project delivery is on time 

• Communicate project statuses, issues, reports, and resolutions to important stakeholders, customers and suppliers 
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and requirements 
• Act as engineering manager of a diverse team including Mechanical engineers, Electrical engineers, Systems engineers, Chemical engineers, Thermal engineers, and more. 
• Interface directly with the customers and stakeholders to ensure project success.  

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field 
• 5+ years of experience with project management of engineering programs
• Self-motivated, focused, and driven to meet critical deadlines 
• Excellent organization and time management skills 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment 
• Ability and desire to relocate to Luxembourg 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• PMP Certification 
• Microsoft Project experience 
• Agile and Waterfall project management experience 
• Experience working directly with the European Space Agency
