Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

  • Act as the primary manufacturing engineering representative, collaborating closely with Production, Quality, NPI, Supply Chain, and R&D teams.

  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing and quality methodologies such as SPC, PFMEA, DFMEA, MSA, DOE, or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in CAD tools (2D/3D), MS Office, and statistical/data analysis software such as Minitab or JMP.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex technical problems and drive decisions with limited guidance.

  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) to effectively collaborate with global teams.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
