Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our BI & Analytics products through automated testing. You will work closely with our development and product teams to design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance and functionality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for our BI & Analytics applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design test strategies.
  • Identify, record, and track bugs using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Perform regression testing and assist in performance and load testing.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for test plans, test cases, and test results.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
  • Mentor junior testers and contribute to a culture of quality within the team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in automation testing.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
  • Proficiency in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
  • Experience with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with BI & Analytics tools and concepts is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
