Job Overview:
The Growth Analytics team in Client Success is seeking a curious, creative, and customer‑focused Senior Analyst who can translate advisor data into clear insights that drive strategic decisions. This role blends strong communication and business acumen, with hands‑on data exploration through Python, SQL, and Tableau. Ideal candidates pair analytical rigor with a business‑oriented mindset, treating business partners’ problems like our own.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dashboards, analytical tools, and data psroducts that enable self‑service insights and reduce recurring inbound requests.
- Perform custom analyses, modeling, and exploratory deep dives to answer business questions and uncover actionable insights.
- Translate data into clear visualizations and recommendations that help partners make smarter decisions.
- Create scalable workflows and automations (Tableau, Alteryx, Python) to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability.
- Support measurement and reporting for Client Success initiatives, including KPIs and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, providing high‑quality analytic support and proactive, data‑driven guidance.

Requirements:
- 2+ years with hands on analytical experience is required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Tableau, Python, and SQL

- Continuously looks for opportunities to learn, experiment, and refine approaches based on new insights
- Exceptional problem-solving skills that enable efficient identification of issues, development of hypotheses, and the execution of robust quantitative analyses to answer business questions
Preferences:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Alteryx, Javascript, Looker, or R
- Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Demonstrated skill in predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and/or machine learning
