The Job Details

We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated QA Automation Engineer who will be responsible for the test automation and quality measurement activities.

What you’ll do as a QA Automation Engineer

Prepare and implement test automation scenariosSolve problems in scenarios in which the automation was codedPrepare  test run reportsConduct tests for new design projects

• Create and run new test automation plans

Make improvements to existing test plansWrite test automation scriptsAdd scenarios to automation (writing code for tests)

• Manage MyLogiwa Product UI and API tests
• Analyze tasks and provide support and feedback on tickets as necessary
• Control workspace publishing and task testing
• Test new user interface
• Research and learn new technologies and apply to projects as needed
• Designing, developing, and maintaining test automation scenarios for web applications, mobile applications and API
• Developing and executing non-functional tests
• Help building and maintaining the test automation pipelines and infrastructure
• Creating test plans which include; Testing Schedule, Testing Resources, Testing Strategy, Tools required and risks

You’ve Got:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in software automation testing
• Strong Knowledge of JavaScript or Java - or any other programming languages
• Knowledge of Clean Code and SOLID Principles
• Knowledge of Locust, Gatling, or any other tool for Performance Testing is a big plus
• Knowledge of API testing
• Knowledge of Appium, espresso or XCUITest for mobile E2E test,
• Good understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, BDD
• Excellent understanding of testing concepts and the role of QA in the software development lifecycle
• Good understanding of CI / CD principles
• Knowledge of defect reporting and tracking
• Strong desire to learn and explore new technologies
• Great team player
• Fluent in English is a big plus

Location & Working Model

We are working in a full remote model. We have physical offices in İstanbul(Ataşehir Nidakule Kolektif House) where team members can get together and work collaboratively on a volunteer basis.
