User Experience (UX) Research Intern

Description

The Role: 

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented User Experience Research Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be involved in analyzing user interactions, identifying pain points in current data formats, and optimizing user workflows. Your research will help shape the development of a new platform that enhances user interaction with the system, supporting user needs and improving overall experience.

• Conduct user interviews to identify and analyze key pain points in the current data format.

• Quantify the effectiveness of creating a new platform to enhance the user experience.

• Manage and refine requirements based on user feedback.

• Develop personas to classify different user types and identify their specific needs.

• Create detailed user stories and workflows to define scenarios and support the system's upload processes.

• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to gather and assess user requirements.

• Visualize design concepts through storyboards, process flows, user interfaces, and sitemaps.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• Experience in collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to visualize complex workflows and design user-friendly interfaces.

• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and the ability to translate user needs into functional designs.

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

• Be able to communicate in English with foreigners, in writing and speaking.

Education:

• Majoring Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Management, UI/UX, Industrial Design, or related fields.
