Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:


Work with business teams to identify and implement integration enhancements.

Collaborates within the Agile framework, fosters a team approach to software development and delivery.

Work closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, and QA teams to deliver iteratively.

Provide timely updates on blockers, risks, and dependencies in stand ups or sprint planning.

Participate in the delivery of our integration projects across multiple business domains.

Documents designs, operational tasks/issues, and solutions as needed.

Conceptualize a new product or, new feature or, new component and to test new technologies or features through Proof of Concept (POC).

Develop unit tests and provide code coverage to accurately test business logic and functionality.

Support existing technical stack, architecture, and codebase.

Participate in the team's support roster.

Designing and developing enterprise services using RAML/OpenAPI, REST based APIs, SOAP Web Services.

Configuring APIs, API portals, proxy endpoints and API analytics based on technical specifications with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Create and maintain complex data transformations and mappings using DataWeave.

Oversee end-to-end integration solutions from design through to deployment and post-production support.

Monitor and troubleshoot MuleSoft applications to ensure optimal performance. 

Ensure the scalability and reliability of MuleSoft solutions.

Building end-to-end automated workflows (Recipes) in Workato that orchestrate, integrate, transform, and process data across multiple enterprise applications and business systems. 

Leverage Workato to build, maintain, and monitor automated workflows between cloud applications and on-premise systems.

Work on Workato to Mulesoft transformations (if applicable) to ensure seamless data flow and integration.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in the Workato platform.

Perform testing and debugging to ensure the reliability of the integration solutions.Keep up-to-date with the latest features and updates within the Workato platform.



Required Skills and Experience:


At least 6-8 years experience working in the IT industry.

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workato development.

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft development.

Hands-on experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using Jenkins, Maven, Git and/or comparable toolsets.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and learn quickly.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with a diversely distributed global IT and business team members.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex integration and automation challenges. 


Integration Platform Experience :


Experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, API Manager, and CloudHub.

Must have a good understanding of MuleSoft API Led 3-tier architecture, Flows, Variables, RAML designing etc. 

Should be able to write complex transformations using Dataweave2.0.

Hands-on Experience with use of different Mule connectors.


Strong hands-on experience with Workato, including creating recipes, managing triggers, actions, and jobs. 

Experience working with Workato's latest platform capabilities, including:Workato One and Workato Genies will be a plus.

Experience with advanced features in Workato, such as advanced mappings, custom connectors, and error handling.



Preferred Certifications:


MuleSoft Certified Developer I or 2.

Workato Certifications such as Pro I/II/III, Foundation 1 and 2, Automation Expert, or equivalent certifications are preferred/required.
