About the Role:
- Serve as Loft’s subject matter expert for NetSuite ERP system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements
- Analyze data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and implement custom fields, records, forms, queries, workflows, and scripts to enable users to efficiently utilize and interface with the system
- Help manage system integrations, and coordinate or directly manage API bridge development/deployments
- Lead system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years of NetSuite-specific experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis/reporting and/or database management
- Familiarity with business processes and how they relate to NetSuite system modules, including Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, Production, MRP, and Projects.
- Ability to document system processes and create user guides
- Experience with SQL, HTML and SuiteScripts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with API Development
- Experience with Atlassian products - JIRA & Confluence
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-tech environment

Loft Orbital builds “shareable” satellites, providing a fast & simple path to orbit for organizations that require access to space. Powered by our hardware & software products, we operate satellites, fly customer payloads onboard, and handle entire missions from end to end - significantly reducing the lead-time and risk of a traditional space mission.
Our standard interface enables us to fly multiple customer payloads on the same satellite, with capabilities such as earth imagery, weather & climate /science data collection, IoT connectivity, in-orbit demonstrations, and national security missions.
