LMI is seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist for a Federal DoW client. This is a fully remote position. A successful Implementation Specialist will demonstrate competency in , requirements analysis, critical thinking, and business growth while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the full implementation life cycle to support the deployment of modules into complex client environments
• Work with Agile teams and methodologies in a virtual environment.
• Develop a good understanding of the customer’s business needs.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand the mission needs of the client and implement those requirements in
• Provide technical expertise on all technical questions related to assigned implementation on the platform.
• Deliver in progress and final capability demonstrations of implementation to client stakeholders
• Implement modules for multiple customers.
• Implement configurations and customizations for multiple customers.
• Create and manage workspaces, business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user portals.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Undergraduate degree required. Degree in engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics, or a related discipline preferred. 
• This position requires six (6) or more years’ work experience.
• Four (4) or more years’ experience in configuration and implementation of the platform or applications.
• Demonstrated experience in implementation and deployment of modules using Agile DevSecOps techniques in a client environment
• Demonstrated experience with platform capabilities in a client environment
• Demonstrated experience with the Business Rules and the scripting aspects of the Platform.
• Experience in application implementation and deployment
• Some travel may be required within CONUS only

Desired Experience

• Experience implementing within a Human Centered Design framework
• Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing Service Portal pages and widgets
• Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing Workspaces.
• Demonstrated experience with the implementation of in Customer Service Management (CSM) and one additional module: Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) domain, Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) or Integrated Risk Management.
• Demonstrated experience implementing modules to clients in the US Federal Government

Desired Certifications

• Certified System Administrator
• Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM

 

Target salary range: $76,000 - $130,000. 

 

The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances.
