About the Job

• 客诉问题的处理&客诉会议召开，样品分析，主导root cause 分析，有效措施追踪确认&定期确认措施的有效执行。
• 及时反馈的时效性&8D 按时完成&8D score ,最终闭环。

• 内部制程问题&原材料问题的改善追踪，QRQC &MRB追踪&有效措施确认。

• 负责新项目每个节点问题的跟踪，lead 问题点的改善
• 识别关键特性，以及相关检验文件，CP的完成
• Lesson learns

• 新制程变更&新设备的 验收，相关PPAP 提交&验收
• 制定MSA 方案& 分析&确认

• 负责内外部审核资料准备，现场陪同&问题点的改善，跟踪确认
• 主导内部制程预审

• 按时完成上司交代的其他工作和任务.

About You

• 至少5年以QE（PQE&CQE&AQE）工作经验
• 汽车行业&机械电子相关工作经验优先
• 有制程改善PQE，CQE客诉工程师的工作经历
• 熟练使用质量5大工具应用
• 拥有良好的沟通、英语口语和听写能力
• 沟通能力，抗压能力，team work
• 熟练使用相关办公软件
