About Your Role:

• Support profitable growth by partnering with Sales to identify and develop new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Quality, Operations) to ensure alignment, execution, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (S&OP) through demand forecasting, product segmentation, and capacity planning.
• Monitor and improve product line financial performance through P&L analysis, cost optimization, and profitability initiatives.
• Support pricing strategy by preparing quotations, managing price structures, and ensuring commercial effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver business intelligence reports to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and risks.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with product management concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience in global manufacturing or industrial companies is a plus.
