About the Role

As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will collaborate within a small, cross-discipline team to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. Your expertise will contribute to delivering top-notch code, conducting code reviews, and supporting your team in adhering to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in agile team planning and scope work effectively.
• Write, test, and consistently deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
• Review and improve code with a focus on driving impactful business outcomes.
• Conduct research to explore new technologies and propose innovative solutions.
• Coordinate with external teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with organizational standards.
• Participate in Tier-3 on-call rotations to support the software your team has built.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience delivering high-scale, high-performance web applications.
• Proven expertise with JavaScript frameworks like React and TypeScript.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Familiarity with container-driven environments using tools like Docker.
• Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Kotlin, Java, and Springboot.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Location: Remote/Hybrid - Portland, OR

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000
